My MarBLeD Mimzy
On Saturday nite while at home after getting my lil' brother from my mom's house as usual.. (Friday nites - Sunday = Baby sittin DayS) I got a liitle surprise when a certain someone called me up and said that i'm gonna be able to be a mommy... (ok so u must be thinkin.. WTF!!??!!) I was so excited since i lost my lil' baby last year on the nite of National Day as well as the day before the 1st day of fasting... So i have been thinkin to adopt another and now finally i get a new baby..
When i first saw this new baby of mine i was thinkin damn.. i thought it was gonna be like a baby instead its already around 5-7mths already.. i was already thinkin that it probably wouldnt be so manja until that nite it juz likes to cuddle up and could only sleep if it can lean back onto something.. Aww.. so manje.. Just perfect.. And the markings on the baby is just beautiful.. So you can say that i felt satisfied with baby.. And now thinking of giving it a proper name.. only i have no idea what yet... herm... So for now, i just call it Mimzy my marbled cat..

Lets see... Most of my time i keep wondering y would people keep animals like these as pets.. but then, looking back at other types of pets.. i guess it all depends on a person's interest.. And yupp, i guess i also know someone with these types of interest.. And the animal of interest i'm talkin about is the Alligator Snapping Turtle... Here's a few pictures i got from the internet..
Ok.. So they look kinda weird at first.. but then after a while.. I actually gotten fascinated by these creatures... Not only by it's looks.. But by the way it finds its prey..
First of all they have this tongue that is red and thin and wriggles around looking like a blood worm.. so i guess that's how it lures the fishies in.. Then upon snapping the fish, it uses its claws to tear apert the fish's head and swallow it..
Phew... It sounds dangerous but believe me, it takes a lot of patience to be able to watch this little fellow get some food.. Hehehe...
